How to contact us about this policy

Live support chat Open your account and message our team from the Help icon in the bottom right. Response time is under 5 minutes during operating hours. Available across all devices and the mobile app.
Email escalation Write to [email protected] with your account details and the issue. We respond to policy questions within 24 hours on weekdays. Include your account ID and a clear description of your concern.

Data, security and your account rights

Account verification

We verify your identity, phone and email when you register. Deposits and withdrawals require bank-linked accounts. This protects you from unauthorised access and fraud.

Payment security

All UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions use encrypted connections. We never store your banking credentials; payments route through licensed aggregators only.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is open plus three years after closure. You can request deletion anytime via support; we comply within 30 days where law permits.

Cookie and tracking policy

We use cookies for session management, login persistence and gameplay analytics. You control cookie settings in your browser. Disabling them may affect account access.

Account closure and recovery

You can close your account anytime from Settings > Account > Deactivate. Closed accounts cannot reopen; remaining balance is returned via your registered payment method within 5 business days.

Policy updates and notice

We update these terms occasionally. Material changes are notified via email and in-app alert 14 days before taking effect. Continued play after the notice date means you accept the new terms.

Frequently asked questions about 6y6 terms

Account access depends on your location and local law. When you register, 6y6 checks your eligibility based on your state. If you're in a restricted region, you'll be notified during signup. Always verify your local gaming rules before opening an account with us.

Payouts are credited directly to your account. Tax obligations depend on your personal and regional tax status. We do not withhold or calculate taxes on behalf of individual players. Consult a tax advisor about your own liability.

Deposits via UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are processed through licensed payment partners with encryption. We never store your banking details; all transactions route through secure gateways. Your account is protected by password and two-factor login.

You can update your phone number, email and password anytime from Account Settings. Banking details (UPI, Paytm, PhonePe IDs) used for withdrawal are locked to prevent fraud. Contact support to update your linked bank account after identity reverification.

Message our live support team immediately from the Help icon. We'll lock your account, review the activity and reset your password. Unauthorised transactions may be reversed after investigation. Report suspicions quickly to protect your balance.

Your account remains open and your balance is safe. Inactive accounts are not closed automatically. You can log back in anytime using your email and password. If you forget your login, use the password-reset link on the signin page.
